The Binary Program Optional Secondary Phase Features

Some accounts are more difficult and require additional, intensive pursuit. TekCollect offers an optional Secondary Phase utilizing our Secondary Contingent Recovery Division (SCRD). At the conclusion of the Primary Phase, you can transfer accounts that remain delinquent to SCRD at a straight contingent fee basis.

SCRD employs power-dialing, asset searches, advanced skip tracing and personal negotiations. We offer the industry’s leading litigation service department for court action, when necessary. And for GCDS members requiring such services, TekCollect advances all court, attorney and filing fees.

Account transfer is solely at your discretion. Upon your approval, SCRD will begin exercising every remedy available on your behalf.
